ORDERS RETURN POLICY - RETURN POLICY

All customers are obliged to unpack and check the items upon receipt / payment of the order from the competent Courier company and to notify us in case of aesthetic defects on the same day.
At the end of the day of receipt it is considered that the items were received in excellent condition.

We would recommend that you pay attention to the intact packaging and the condition of the product at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as broken product, incorrect shipment of product….
* In case a defect is found, you are obliged to declare it at that time to the competent Courier company.

RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

Each product must be tested / applied before installation / painting 
*E.g. you must check the absolute application of the Spoilers before painting, the functionality of the lights before installation, etc.
You must not have installed / modified the products that you intend to return to us, otherwise we can not accept the return.

NOTES:
1. You can only return intact unused product with no marking / painting marks.
2.
You can only return the product in its original packaging.
3.
You must check and insure the product when you return to us.

Product returns charged by the company

Επιστροφή προϊόντων με χρέωση της εταιρίας μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις στις οποίες η παραγγελία εκτελείται εσφαλμένα, δηλαδή σε περίπτωση παράδοσης άλλου προϊόντος από αυτό που παραγγέλθηκε κατά είδος ή ποσότητα, σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν είναι κατεστραμμένο ή σε περίπτωση που διαπιστωθεί ότι το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό.

In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning, or request its return, after consultation with the company.
Products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
In case they are not returned at the time agreed upon after consultation with the company, the company has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep.) And its complete original packaging.

The return of the products with a charge of the company will be done by bank transfer.
In case of return of products and provided that the products have been previously received and tested by the company, the defective products will be replaced with the same new products.
Money back to the customer is possible after consultation and will be made regardless of the method of payment on the day of purchase (cash / card), by deposit in the respective bank account within 7-15 days, which will be done by the company at on Mondays to Fridays and from 09:00 to 17:00.
For this purpose, the customer must provide the company with his account number (IBAN).
In any case, any deposit costs to the customer's bank account are borne exclusively by each customer.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the company has the right not to accept the return or to request compensation from the customer the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products.
Σε περίπτωση επισκευής η αντικατάστασης προϊόντος που καλύπτεται από εγγύηση τα έξοδα επιστροφής δεν επιστρέφονται.
Αν διαπιστωθεί ότι το ελάττωμα του προϊόντος που καλύπτεται από εγγυήση οφείλεται σε κακή χρήση ή αμέλεια του πελάτη η εταιρεία μας διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί το κόστος επισκευής.

Product returns at the customer's expense

Return of products charged by the customer can be made in cases where the customer for any reason other than the above has changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product, if it is within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

The return of the products can be done by sending the product (s) the customer is charged with the shipping costs, after consultation with the company's staff.
In any case, you should the product is in excellent condition together with all the original documents that accompanied it (eg D.A.T., Ap. Retail ..) has not been used / modified, its packaging must be intact and must contain the original contents.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the company has the right not to accept the return or to request compensation from the customer the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN NOTES:

– Μόλις προχωρήσετε με την επιστροφή πρέπει να μας στείλετε φωτογραφίες απο το δέμα & το απόκομμα/Voucher της Courier με τον αριθμό αποστολής.
- Wrap the outside of the package with some insulating / protective material to prevent it from shaking / hitting during transport.
- Place the Voucher on the insulating wrap and NOT on the box.
- Note that if the original box / package is not received in its original condition, credit may be issued.
