  • Order Processing – Pricing Policy
    Where no performance deadline is stated upon receipt of the order, delivery is due no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the order by Street Boys, unless there is a problem with the availability of the item and this has been communicated in advance to the customer making the order. order or reason of force majeure. Orders are processed within eight working hours (9:00am – 5:00pm) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The indicated prices of the products are the final ones (that is, the corresponding VAT is included). The Street Boys online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer.
    The times of the routes of each shipment are not negotiable. The company is not bound under any circumstances to ship the order of the products, which are offered through the online store, and due to a typographical or computer error are presented at a different price from the current price posted at the time price list.

  • All orders are subject to shipping charges.
    The cost of transport depends on the geographical location of each customer, depending on the volume or weight of the parcel as the case may be. The calculation of the delivery cost is done automatically by the e-shop software, after the last step of completing the order, as then the software has all the necessary data with which it can calculate the exact cost. As an example, we mention that the minimum shipping cost within Greece (for the first 2 kilos) is €4.50.
  • Confirmation of the order
    Every order is always followed by e-mail and/or telephone for its confirmation.
  • Order cancellation
    Cancellation of an order is accepted only as long as the item has not yet been executed and delivered (i.e. a shipping slip has not been issued), either by sending an electronic message (e-mail) or by phone. You have the possibility to be informed about the progress of your order, either by phone or by sending an electronic message (e-mail).
  • Product Availability
    The company reserves the right to inform customers in case of subsequent unavailability of an ordered item, about the possible delivery time. In this case, if it is judged that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the order can be revoked, which is done free of charge for the customer. Any other order is executed normally. In any case, the company will inform the correct availability in its eshop, within 3 working days. For any discrepancies in availability, at the time of the customer's order, the company must inform the customer of the correct availability, without incurring any other obligation or requirement.     • Order receipt
      The receipt is made by the person referred to in the order as the recipient upon presentation of his police ID or passport.
  • Method of order delivery
    The customer's order is sent to the address he has indicated to Street Boys during his order, by means of Street Boys' choice. The shipment of the order is charged with transport costs, depending on the volume and weight. The e-shop's software calculates and informs the customer of the shipping costs, shortly before completing the order.

    The COMPANY reserves the right to modify shipping methods, terms and prices at will and without prior notice.

 

  • Payment methods
    • Cash on delivery:
      It is possible to pay for orders by cash on delivery upon delivery to your location. Cash on delivery only.
    • By Bank Deposit:
      It is possible to pay for orders by bank transfer. The system informs the customer of available bank accounts upon completion of the order process.
    • With PayPal Payment
    • The world's safest way to pay online. You do not disclose any of your credit card information to us. By choosing this payment method you are automatically transferred to the Paypal environment and there you fill in the information requested to complete the payment. Products
The customer is informed about the availability of the products through similar verbal indications. The online store includes products available and products marked "unavailable". Also, the various product offers that appear in the online store are always valid while stocks last.
  • All customers are obliged to unpack and check the items as well as notify the company accordingly, in case of aesthetic defects within 3 days. After the 3 days, it is considered that the items were received in perfect condition.

 

   PRODUCT RETURNS
In general, product returns are accepted subject to conditions (see below) and  ONLY with the companies that
the online store cooperates.
In the case of a purchase in which an advance has been given (part or all of the value of the order)
and this order is canceled by the customer or through his fault, the advance payment is returned.
Particularly:

  • Product returns charged by Street Boys
    Products can be returned at a charge to Street Boys in all cases in which the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in the case of delivery of an item other than what was ordered by type or quantity or in the event that upon delivery the item has a damaged package, completely or most of it or in case the item is found to be defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product in the first place, or request its return, after consultation with Street Boys. The products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer. In the event that they are not returned, within the time agreed after consultation with Street Boys, then the Online Store is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement. In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Address, etc.) and its complete packaging. The return of the products at Street Boys' charge will be carried out either by Street Boys personnel and means of transport or by courier. the replacement of defective products with identical, new products. A refund to the customer is possible after consultation and will be, independently with the payment method on the day of the purchase (cash, card or bank deposit), by depositing into his respective bank account, within 15 days, which will be curated by Street Boys from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 strictly. For this purpose, the customer must provide Street Boys with his account number (IBAN), which must match the customer's name on the purchase receipt. In any case, any deposit costs to the client's bank account are borne exclusively by the client. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
  • Product returns at the customer's expense
    Products can be returned at a charge to the customer in cases where the customer, for any reason other than the above, has changed their mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product, as long as the withdrawal period mentioned below has not expired. The return of the products can be done by sending the product(s), the customer bearing their shipping costs, after consultation with the staff of the Street Boys Online Store. In both of the above-mentioned cases, the product must be in perfect condition together with all the original documents that accompanied it (e.g. VAT number, Retail Address, etc.) and complete its packaging. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

    • Defects – lack of contracted properties
      The provisions of the civil code apply to dealing with defects or lack of agreed properties in the sold items. For a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
